Shipping costs for returns or exchanges: Nitro Car Store bears all shipping and return costs if the error is on our part (such as receiving a non-compliant or damaged product). If the exchange or return is at the buyer’s request without a defect in the product, the customer bears all shipping costs for both directions. Refund mechanism: Returned shipments are inspected immediately upon arrival at our warehouses to verify their condition, and then the refunded amounts are transferred to the customer via the same payment method used for the purchase (including orders made through installment services such as Tabi and Tamara) according to the timeframes set by banks and service providers.
